If you’re wondering what do next with the kids this summer, the Queen of the Fairies is here to help!

We’re so excited to share that Talula Shimmerwing – known for enchanting children throughout Metro Vancouver and beyond – will visit a North Vancouver fairy garden this month to share the play and magic of the fairies.

Talula is teaming up with Leslee Tessman, a local resident and Fairy Grandmother, who has created an elaborate fairy garden in her front yard. Little did she know it would attract the Queen of the Fairies!

Talula will be welcoming visitors to Leslee’s garden at 1493 Kilmer Rd. in North Vancouver on three consecutive Wednesdays, Aug. 12, 19 and 26, from  3:30-4:30 p.m. This will be a free event, although donations to Westcoast Family Center will be gratefully accepted.

Depending on number of attendees, adults are kindly asked to wear face masks and to wait in a line on the side of the road and Talula will visit with one family at a time in the garden, while respecting distancing.

Should the rain fairies be making merry, that day’s session will be unfortunately cancelled. Requests are already in for the sun fairies to do their magic.

Talula very much hopes to see you there!
